2008-09 Registration Dates
Registration Packets will be available in the office starting May 5th.
 
May 22nd & 29th
K-Enrollment - 1:30pm - 3:30pm
 
June 12th & 26th
All Grades Enrollment - 1:30pm - 3:30pm
 
July 10th & 17th
All Grades Enrollment - 1:30pm - 3:30pm
 
 
New Student Registration
In addition to the completed registration paperwork, the following must
be brought in to register:
  • official birth certificate
  • immunization record signed by the physician
  • proof of residence (utility bill less than 30 days old OR proof of
  • title or lease agreement
All documents must be originals. Please make sure that you bring all
the necessary documents, as they are all required in order to register
your child.
